Founder and Chief Happiness Officer (CHO)
Born on September 1st, from the great harvest of 1976, Cátia Arnaut is from Lisbon, Portugal. MsC in Economics, MBA in Management and Strategic Planning and a Post-Graduation in Project Management, she has worked for more than 22 years in telecommunications and IT and in 2015 won the Project Manager of the Year award from the PMI Chapter Portugal. After leaving Portugal in 2012, she lived 1 year in Dubai, 5 in Angola and 5 in Switzerland, where she developed her career in large, highly complex and critical international programmes, interacting with CEOs and senior government officials. In 2020, and due to a mid-life crisis as she often states, Catia decided to take up a PhD in Globalisation Studies in order to deepen her research in Happiness and developed her thesis on "The Variables which Influence Well-Being: Proposal for a Dashboard on the Global Reality". She is the Mum of a beautiful girl, has published a book and participated in several others, and has planted trees. She loves travelling and photography and has already won several photography awards.

Born in Lisbon in 2001, Filipe Clemente grew up building—both in the physical world, with his Legos, and in the digital realm, where he early on discovered his passion for web development. Creativity and curiosity have always guided him, driving him to explore how to turn ideas into digital realities.
Three years ago, he decided to take control of his life, embarking on a journey where every project is a new challenge and every line of code a fundamental piece in creating innovative solutions. In his office, his Lego collection reflects this mindset: meticulous construction, attention to detail, and the satisfaction of seeing something take shape.
