Individual Happiness

In this course you will learn what happiness is, how it is perceived in different cultures, the difference between happiness and well-being, your strengths, the variables you control and can enhance and how happiness is chemically processed in our bodies. You'll also learn about happiness skills, the 4 skills for happiness that you can and should apply in your daily life, using very simple and practical tools, to improve your well-being and maintain it throughout your life.
This training has an estimated total duration of 12 hours, divided into 6 sessions of around 2 hours each, and is given according to the calendar of scheduled activities (see here). The training is given online, synchronously (live and without recording) during after-work hours. The course depends on a minimum of 5 enrolments.
