In this course you'll learn what Gratitude is, what the effects on well-being are, whilst we'll give you practical, easy-to-implement suggestions so that you can bring this skill into your daily life and even share it with your family.
This online training has a total duration of around 1 hour. The video is in English with Portuguese subtitles. The training is delivered online, asynchronously (the training is recorded and you can watch it at a time that works best for you).
